  1. Very impressed! Everyone at Utsav was so kind and patient and accommodating. I asked them so many annoying questions (about how dresses looked from the back, stitching options, etc etc) and they always replied quickly and courteously. They tailored my lehengas to my specific measurements/add-on requests, and the dresses arrived to me in the US 11 days after I placed the order. I was worried the dresses would not fit or be the same quality as shown on the website (as you never know when ordering online)...but they look great in person! Heavy fabric/embroidery and the colors look as expected. And they fit, and all a reasonable price. Overall a very positive experience with Utsav. Great product and exceptional customer service.
