Most websites allow e-shoppers to track order status after signing in. But Utsav customers do not have to sign in to check their order status.

To monitor your orders:

• 1. Click the below link to check your Order Status :
  http://www.utsavfashion.com/account/orderstatus.aspx
• 2. After that page loads, enter your order ID in the text field
• 3. Click the “Submit” button to view your order status

Check details of your order:

First, sign in by clicking the ‘My Account’ link on the top of the page. Use your user ID and password to sign in.

Once you have signed in, click the “My Orders” tab on the page. You will see the list of all orders you have in process. Each order listing shows:

• 1: Order ID
• 2: Date and time of purchase
• 3: Total cost
• 4: Delivery status
• 5: Actions

To examine details of an order, click the “Order Detail” button. You will be presented with the details of products you ordered, and billing and shipping address.
