The items you select on Utsavfashion.com can easily be customized to various sizes with our easy to follow order forms.

How do I get my order customized?

  • Just follow these steps and it will be customized and delivered to you.
  • Select your order
  • Go to the product page to see the customizing options. Choose from the list of styles given with the product. Fill in the order form with all your specifications.
  • You can have the sleeves, front neck, back neck, length and size of a Kutra/Blouse/Choli altered.
  • Customize your Lehenga in a range of styles like- Umbrella, A-Line, Fish Kali, Mermaid/Fish Tail and Straight.
  • A Salwar can also be customized to boot-cut, Capri, Churidaar, Patiala Salwar styles.

We follow your specifications to the last detail so that your clothes are made to measure.

How long does it take to deliver my customized product?

A customization order will take an additional 5-7 days to be shipped to you. Time to ship is listed with every product on the product page.

Where do we deliver?

We have presence in India and US but customers anywhere in the world can shop online at www.UtsavFashion.com. We will deliver your purchase to your doorstep.

Delivery time?

It will take us 48-72 hours to process your order.

Delivery time varies for different products. The product page carries the time required to ship an item. Customizing your product will up the delivery time by 5-7 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated on the basis of every 500 grams. If a product weighs 550 grams, you will be charged for the first 500grams, and then for the next 500 grams at reduced rates.

Shipping cost for each additional item is reduced, therefore, larger the order, lower the rate.

We ship to any address in India for free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive shipping confirmation by e-mail, which will include a unique tracking number and the details of the courier company.

You can also track the order on the Order Status page.

Transit risk?

We value your purchases and thus, fully ensure your items at no extra cost. The in-transit risk is ours.

What if my order is lost in transit?

After waiting for 15days, we re-process/re-ship the order

What is the Express Shipping Section?

It contains a list of products that can be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. However, customization will require an additional 5-7 days.

Want a change in the delivery address?

A change in delivery address can be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. Place your request at service@utsavfashion.com.

Do you deliver to P.O Box addresses?

No, for security purposes, we unfortunately do not.

Do I have to pay VAT/Custom Taxes/Import Duties?

Yes, these vary from country to country and have to be borne by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

While we strive to deliver only the very best to you, if inadvertently, you are unhappy with a purchase or our service; we will address your grievances at the earliest.

For items received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defects/or a mistake with my order?

For any dissatisfaction with a purchase, please contact us at info@utsavfashion.com within 24 hours of receipt of such order. We will fix it as soon as possible.

How do I return a faulty order?

If a product has a manufacturing defect, is not something you asked for or was misrepresented on our website, contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

We will guide you on how to proceed with the return through e-mail.

Please return the product within 7 working days with the original packing and a copy of the invoice.

Always return your items using registered airmail/courier.

Any shipping cost towards the return will have to be borne by the customer.

Advice: Please mark the items as defective returns, not for sale and declare a low nominal value.

What happens to my order once I return it?

We will thoroughly examine the product for defects and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from recurring.

You will have the replacement shipped to you at no cost to you.

If it is not possible to replace the product, we will request you to choose an alternate.

Do I get a refund?

Yes. We will process your request for a refund when we receive the product.

You will receive an e-mail from us confirming the transfer of credit to your account.

For customization gone wrong?

If you are unhappy with a customized product, we alter it for you free of cost.

We replace the product if alteration is not possible.

In case replacement is not possible, we let you choose an alternate product.

If you are unhappy with a product customized as per your instructions and wish to have it altered according to your new specifications, we will gladly alter it for you free of cost. However, you will have to bear the shipping charges.

We do not issue refunds for customized products.

Color and Description Disclaimer

Product details and product specifications are approximate in value.

Slight variation in color is possible.

Beads and embellishments may come off due to repeated use.
