Checking Order Status :

To check the status of your order, log into your account and go to the Order Status page. Here, in the Order No. box, fill in your Order ID, that you receive when you have successfully placed an order with us. You will be informed about the current status of your order.

You may receive any of the following Order Status messages:

Order Confirmed:

Your payment has been confirmed by our payment gateway. Your order is in process.

Awaiting measurements / other details :

We are waiting for your dress’s measurements and other instructions. Please submit the measurements at the earliest so that your order can be processed.

Awaiting payment confirmation:

Your payment has not been confirmed by our payment gateway. We will process the order once we receive the confirmation from the payment gateway.

Order Partial Shipped:

You get this message when a part of your order has been shipped. If you order three products from us, two of which belong to the Ready-to-Ship section; and are shipped sooner than the others, you are informed that your order has been partially shipped.

Order Shipped:

Your order is on its way. You will receive it shortly.

Payment Failure / Not Authorized:

Your payment has not been accepted by our payment gateway. Please get in touch with your bank in case of any clarifications.

Order Declined:

Your order has been declined by our system. Your credit card has not been charged for the order.

Order Partial Delivered:

A part of your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by you. The remaining part will be delivered shortly.

Order Delivered:

Your order has been delivered. Please give us your feedback.
