Sometimes their tailoring team goofs up. But to be fair to them, I am yet to find a tailor / boutique which does not bungles once in a while. And believe me I have tried so many of them in last 12 years.
There is no such thing as a "free lunch" and there never will be. If you fall into the ever so tempting cheapest price trap you will pay in one way or another.
